When you become a mom, it is very easy to lose yourself in your new subclass. Suddenly you have to take on all of these new skills, class features, and quest lines that you weren’t ready for. Then one day, you look in the mirror, and don’t recognize the character staring back at you.
I started this blog because figuring out motherhood while still staying true to myself has been the most challenging journey I’ve ever undertaken. My hope is that my posts will inspire others to take what they love about life, and share it with their own little adventurers.
We are a family of gamers! From Dungeons and Dragons with my brothers, to LAN party date nights with my hubby, to board game convention family vacations, we have always immersed our daughter in our geek heritage.
My plan is to share my favorite nerdy crafts, recipes, and decor…and even a few ideas to give your parenting and your gaming a little touch of magic.
